Hard Week For The Bulls Squad

The Bulls squad are in for a hard week after a trio of defeats on the trot.

Several players have taken to Twitter this morning to say they are to have double training sessions all week while several other sides not participating in the FA Cup this weekend have been given time off.

It has also been revealed that Gary Peters will be taking the team's tactics board to the fans forum on Thursday night. The veteran boss will have been at Edgar Street for two months by the weekend, with the Bulls taking 11 points from the eight League matches he has had involvement in. In the eight games previous to his arrival, the Bulls secured just six points.

On those eight games, the Bulls sit tenth in the current form table with Dagenham bottom, having lost all eight matches, and Northampton second bottom with just one point. The top seven in the current form table are the top seven in the League Two table, with Torquay eighth and Crewe ninth.

While the Bulls goalscoring record has not been good, since Peters' arrival they have scored more goals (12) than ten other sides including Port Vale, Wimbledon, and five goal Bradford. They have also conceded fewer goals than 12 sides, with Northampton and Dagenham conceding 48 goals between them.
