Naylor to Referee A49 Derby

Michael Naylor from South Yorkshire is set to referee next Saturday's A49 derby between Hereford United and Shrewsbury Town.

To date Naylor has only been in charge of one game at Edgar Street. That was in September 2010 when Simon Davey was manager. On the evening visitors Stevenage were 4-1 winners over a poor Hereford side.

Kenny Lunt and Sean Canham were both booked but Canham redeemed himself somewhat by scoring Hereford's only goal of the game just after half-time.

So far this season Naylor refereed 19 matches in which he has given out 74 yellow cards and 4 red cards.
