Hereford United chairman David Keyte has told the Worcester News that the club must start picking up some points or be drawn into a relegation battle.
"It’s been a frustrating couple of months where, despite performances improving, we are getting the wrong end of results," said Keyte before Friday's game against Accrington.
"We would like to see the side picking some points up in the next couple of months because some of the teams around us are reorganising and we need to be turning the tide.
"Apart from getting results and points on the board, we strongly believe we are on the right track and just need a break."
Keyte doesn't think there will be much activity in the January transfer window.
"Our task is to get a few players out on loan," he said.
"We tried to change the shape of the side and that leaves some contracted players sitting in the stands watching.
"Financially, we would need to get some of those out and they would appreciate playing.
"It’s not a question of bringing players in first."
