The Bulls are two points shy of Barnet, but with a much better goal difference, after today's draw. Macclesfield are now bottom after losing 1-0 at Bradford with Plymouth joining Northampton in becoming mathematically safe with their 1-1 draw with Oxford.
At the top, Swindon are promoted despite going down 3-1 at Gillingham. The Robins had Wimbledon to thank for promotion after they beat Torquay 2-0. The Gulls are a point behind third place Crawley, with the Red Devils drawing 1-1 at Dagenham. Shrewsbury can seal promotion with two more points after drawing 1-1 at Accrington.
The race for the play-offs just about includes 11th placed Aldershot after their 4-0 win over Burton, but they would require a lot of freak results to manage it. Cheltenham's 1-0 loss at Crewe puts the pair sixth and seventh below Southend, with the Railwaymen two points above eighth placed Oxford. Rotherham retain slight hopes after a 3-2 win over Morecambe.
In the Conference, Luton beat Kidderminster 1-0 to nick their play-off spot. The Hatters are fifth, one point ahead of the Harriers with a game in hand. Bath beat Gateshead 4-2 with Sean Canham scoring the last, while Forest Green beat relegated Darlington 2-0.
In League One, Rochdale are relegated after going down 2-1 at Chesterfield, but Exeter retain slim hopes of staying up by beating Walsall 4-2. The Grecians need to win both their final games to stand any chance, while the Spireites need similar with a four point safety gap. Wycombe lost 2-1 at champions Charlton to leave themselves three points adrift, with the Saddlers staying just the right side of the relegation line.
