News Round-Up

Barrow signed two more players ahead of yesterday's loss to Macclesfield. Former Darlington winger Chris Moore, 29, was identified as the one who had agreed terms last week, coming in from Whitley Bay on a deal until January, while Colchester defender Tom Aldred joins on loan for a month. The 21 year old has had previous loan spells with Torquay and Stockport.

Farnborough have sacked defender Adam Bygrave over Twitter comments that the club say were 'racist, disabled, and pedophile based'. The 23 year old played in their draw with Dorchester on Monday but was sacked, and fined two weeks wages, shortly after. Mansfield boss Paul Cox says his job 'is a lonely place right now' after their 4-1 loss to Grimsby. He has promised 'drastic changes' this week with Exodus Geohaghon expected to complete a move from Kidderminster.

Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has denied press claims on the south coast that they are paying all £14,000 a week of the wages of loanee Lee Barnard. The Southampton man is on loan at Dean Court, with the claim coming to light after Preston said the Cherries were paying an 'astronimical amount' for the player they had also courted.
