Not for the first time this season poor defending has let Hereford United down and manager Martin Foyle readily admitted that was the case when interviewed after this afternoon's game which the Bulls lost 2-1.
"You can't keep defending like that at this level," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"You are going to get punished.
"I thought we started the game quite brightly, played some good football.
"One ball down the middle, little bit of a mix-up and the lad has put one in the bottom corner.
"Heads dropped a little bit then but we found our feet again, started to play some good stuff, some fantastic crosses in from Clucas and Marley from corners and free-kicks. But we're not getting on the end of them.
"And then the second goal just before half-time is a killer.
"It's not just the back four but the screen infront of it is just not good enough."
Foyle knows the problem but solving it won't be easy.
"What can I juggle around?
"At the moment we have one or two injuries and we'll have to get on with it. We've got a difficult game against Nuneaton on Tuesday."

"That looks like a six to eight week one. It's a bit of gloom and doom. Everything we seem to be doing is one step forward, two steps back.
"I knew it was a difficult job."
"He was unlucky with another couple of efforts. That's his game, he can finish.
"But he's only on loan for a month. I'm going to be ending up with one striker.
"I'm worried at the moment. Where do we go?
"Hopefully I'll try to get a couple of loan players in that are going to cost the club nothing. Try to get some favours off certain people.
"Clisty went down, he's sore in the knee then Josh O'Keefe with a hamstring.
"It just seems to be one thing after another.
"But hopefully we'll stick together"
