Hereford United director Nic Nenadich, recently pictured, feels that the Bulls has been quite lucky recently and he's hopeful that the club's finances are improving.
"We are going to get the thick end of £70K from the Cheltenhan Cup-tie being on TV," Nenadich told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"This will seriously help the plight we find ourselves in.
"It's been incredibly difficult but lady luck keeps popping up here and there.
"I felt we probably wouldn't get much out of the Shrewsbury game, we'd struggle against Luton and Wrexham with our injuries and the rest of it.
"Amazing performances by the team - those sort of things are the catalysts that provokes people to do things and get involved.
"Kids ringing up and saying can I give you my piggy-bank.
"We feel we are breaking the back of it and we are getting the cost-base down to, perhaps, more realistic levels.
"The real pressure is the (transfer) embargo that is seriously affecting Martin Foyle.
"He has four fit defenders, four so if anybody gets injuried, anybody gets sick, we are in the mire.
"The £70K will be a good lump towards the £113K tax bill and I'm hoping the revenue would be sensible and say I'll take that.
"That leaves us trying to find somewhere near £40K which I feel is a bit more achievable in the Herefordshire environment.
"We'll be pulling out all the stops to make sure the players get paid and that high buzz of confidence around the club is maintained."
