Loan Deadline Thursday

The Bulls are understood to be making moves in a bid to get their embargo at least 'loosened' ahead of Thursday's loan deadline.

Conference rules allow for a minimum of 16 fit players to be available to a club under embargo - with players having to be proven to be unfit for at least two weeks. Ryan Bowman's withdrawal on Saturday had Martin Foyle telling the press he was unlikely to feature in either of the televised matches - leaving the Bulls with just 15 players.

With TV money and FA Cup prize money due in by mid-December, the Bulls are hopeful the Conference will relax the current situation and allow at least one signing before the taxman is paid in full, which Conference rules usually demand. Another route may be to secure a short term loan to clear the debt against the TV and prize money.

Foyle is understood to have two identified targets ready to bring in should he be allowed.
