Ahead of the weekend, Cambridge loaned keeper Craig Ross to Eastbourne for an initial month. The 22 year old was signed in the summer from Hampton and Richmond but has made only one first team appearance. Braintree have signed West Ham youngster Declan Hunt on a youth loan. The 18 year old debuted as a late sub in their loss to Grimsby at the weekend.

Dartford defender Mark Arber broke his jaw during Saturday's game with Southport. The incident occured when the Sandgrounders scored their first goal in the 21st minute but he completed the game. The South African will now miss at least two months with the injury. Hyde have signed experienced midfielder Chris Sedgwick on loan from Scunthorpe. The 32 year old made his name with Preston and Rotherham but has struggled for first team games since switching to Glanford Park in the summer.

Histon lost a court case brought by former Director Allen Soraff last week but Soraff denies that this loss, over money owed to him, is the reason their game at the weekend was cancelled. The club are due to issue a statement later today. Port Vale's preferred bidder expects to complete the purchase of the club ahead of tomorrow's game with Bristol Rovers. A spokesman said that they had passed all the Football League requirements and they were due to complete tomorrow.

Truro City have made goalkeeper Tim Sandercombe redundant - after signing Luke McCormick to replace him for free. McCormick arrived at the club to deputise with Sandercombe injured but the former Plymouth trainee was axed by the Administrator to save money. Assistant manager Dave Newton has also announced his immediate retirement at the age of 62. Lincoln have made defender Paul Robson available to loan after making just six appearances this season.

Kettering have agreed a deal to remain playing games at Corby's Steel Park home until at least Christmas. The £1,000 a game deal has been arranged by former Poppies director Richie Jeune, who had previously been banned from the club after criticising owner Imraan Ladak. Llanelli have had the winding up proceedings against them withdrawn by the taxman after the club was able to unfreeze European prize money due to it from the Welsh Premier League. It has also settled rent arrears due to the local council.
