Increasing Use Of The Starlite Rooms

Currently one of the jewels in the Hereford United crown has to be the Starlite Rooms. Only opened twelve months ago, bookings now need to be made well in advance to ensure all the facilities are available.

One organisation that has booked a couple of events at the venue is the Herefordshire FA.

In particular they are holding a consulation on local football development on Monday February 18th at 7pm.

And it's not only football related organisations that are using the new venue.

On Friday February 1st it's National Dignity Day and ACT, the Association for Care Training, is to hold an event at the Rooms.

Taking part will be Falklands hero Simon Weston along with Sir Clive Richards, Hereford United director Nic Nenadich, Josie Person MBE, and Luke Graham, the Hereford United defender.

The Starlite Rooms are providing much needed off-pitch income for the Bulls. Their position close to the A49 and right next to the Merton Meadow car park gives them a real advantage over some other local venues.
