Former Hereford United striker Mathieu Manset is reported to be on trial at Barnsley.
23 year old Manset left Swiss side Sion FC earlier this month quoting 'irreconcilable differences'
'The Beast' left Edgar Street for Reading in 2011 but only scored five times in almost 30 appearances. He then moved to Chinese side Shaghai Shenhua on loan.
