Morecambe are to offer free entry to their home match with Dagenham in a week's time in a bid to halt sliding attendances at the Globe Arena. The Shrimps have seen average attendances drop by 20% in 18 months, with recent attendances at their ground dropping down as much as 40% below last season's average to just 1,285. The game against the Daggers, which was postponed from the week before Christmas, attracted just 1,246 paying customers last term.

Coventry's stalemate over their ground rent issues continue. Club owners SISU and the owners of the Ricoh Arena continue to exchange letters but have no meeting arranged to discuss the matter according to the local press, with the stadium owners still to decide on their next course of action. Telford boss Andy Sinton says they are unlikely to be able to keep loanee Michael Wylde from Cambridge after failing to agree an extension.

Crawley have signed former Bulls loanee Lateef Elford-Alliyu on a deal to the end of the season after he was released by Bury. Boss Richie Barker signed the former West Brom trainee for the Shakers.
