Stockport have signed Chesterfield keeper Richard O'Donnell on a months loan. The former Sheff Weds stopper, 24, has had a number of loan spells in the Conference and League Two including a stint at Macclesfield last term. Nuneaton chairman Neil Hodgson has stepped down with immediate effect and left the board. The former Vice Chairman only made the move up in August after Ian Neale's departure.
Luton have axed assistant boss Paul Carden, replacing him with former Wimbledon no.2 Stuart Cash. Carden was brought to the club by former manager Gary Brabin. The Hatters have also announced that forward Andre Gray has signed a new deal. Portsmouth's court case over the ownership of Fratton Park has been postponed again. The Supporters Trust now say they intend to use the time, a further two weeks, to secure funding to buy the ground outright as soon as a decision is made.
Tamworth say they are not currently looking for a new manager to replace the sacked Marcus Law, and will keep caretaker boss Dale Belford in charge for the foreseeable future. Accrington have announced a ground and shirt sponsorship deal with storage firm First Store. The deal, with financial details undisclosed, begins immediately with their Crown Ground renamed and a new third kit in the company's colours unveiled. The 30 year old, formerly editor of FC Business magazine, will combine his duties with running the World Football Academy which includes Guus Hiddink amongst it's staff.

The 34 year old retired earlier in the season due to a persistent knee injury and is said to have other things he wants to do. Macclesfield have signed former Gillingham striker Stefan Payne, who left Sutton earlier in the month. The 21 year old quit the Conf South side saying he found football "had become an effort and is no good for anyone".
