Further to the BN article published earlier today about the Herefordshire Council being unable to find any details of a £100K bond, a trawl through the Talking Bull fanzine has found a mention of the bond. It's in issue number 78 dated August 2001.
One piece of good news from the Council is that they have at least agreed to release £20,000 of the £100,000 developers bond.
This was designed to rebuild the old Supporters Club.
Quotes have ranged from £300,000 to £500,000 to completely rebuild the Social Club.
This information must have come from the Council. How much more evidence do they need to write out a cheque for the £80,000 that is due to Hereford United.
