Hereford United's annual accounts will be released this evening and they are expected to show a large loss for the year ended May 31st 2012.
For whatever reason, shareholders will not be be given a chance to look at the results until just ten minutes before the start of this evening's AGM which starts at 7.00pm. In the past shareholders have been sent copies a fortnight or so before the meeting allowing them time to digest the figures and ask reasonable questions at the AGM.
Originally the accounts were to be released on Friday, but delays meant they were not ready.
