Hereford United manager Martin Foyle felt that Ryan Bowman was lucky to stay on the pitch after an incident involving Braintree's Dean Wells.
"I thought he was going to be sent off," Foyle told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"He got scraped down the leg.
"Ryan's a young boy learning the game and some of the things he said afterwards were not right, let's put it that way.
"We'll sit down and go over it, all part of the learning process.
"Yes he should have got sent off.
"The only thing that saved him was that he pushed him at stomach height and I think the linesman just saw a bit of common sense.
"But you can't run ten yards in today's game.
"I was embarrassed."
Bowman was substituted after the incident.
"They were just going to wind him up."
