Results Round-Up

Two games were called off from tonight's fixtures.

Gateshead's home game with Kidderminster was called off yesterday, while leaders Grimsby also had the night off as their match at Nuneaton was postponed. The Mariners' inaction saw Wrexham join them on 58 points, staying in second place only by a solitary goal. Forest Green beat Braintree 4-1 to stay third, with Newport beating Mansfield 2-0 to hold fourth. Kiddy stay fifth with the Stags' loss, while Luton also failed to make up ground after losing 1-0 at Dartford leaving them with just two points from their last four Conference matches. Cambridge's hopes of a late push were dented with a 3-0 home loss to Alfreton, while Macclesfield were held to a goalless draw with Tamworth.

Down the bottom, with Ebbsfleet and Nuneaton inactive, Barrow followed their 8-1 loss at the weekend with a 5-2 loss at Southport to stay 22nd with a goal difference 11 worse than anyone else. Telford extended their winless run with a 3-1 home loss to Hyde, while Lincoln remain in danger after a 2-0 loss to Stockport.
