The Bulls are 11 points shy of fifth place with two games in hand on Forest Green, who didn't play today. Wrexham's lead at the top is down to two as theirs, and Grimsby's, FA Trophy commitments allowed Kidderminster to move into second place with a 3-1 win over Alfreton. Newport moved back up to third with a 2-1 win over bottom side Telford. Mansfield moved within goal difference of the Gumpers with a 3-2 win at Luton, who are only goal difference clear of the Bulls. Macclesfield's faint hopes were dented last night, going down 4-0 at home to struggling Gateshead.
Down the bottom, Telford are four points short of safety with 11 games left. Ebbsfleet didn't play, with Barrow drawing 0-0 at Lincoln to keep both in trouble. Nuneaton also didn't play to remain in the bottom four after Gateshead's win, while Hyde lost 2-0 at Tamworth to stay within two points of trouble.
In the FA Trophy, it's a Grimsby-Wrexham final after the Mariners held Dartford to a goalless draw, and the Dragons lost 2-1 at Gainsborough, with both going through thanks to their first leg leads.
At the foot of League Two, Wimbledon won 1-0 at Dagenham to drag themselves out of the bottom two at the expense of Plymouth, who lost 1-0 at Northampton. Accrington remain in the bottom two despite a 2-2 draw with Cheltenham, while Barnet remain in trouble after a goalless draw with Rochdale.
