Betting exchange Betfair have bought Conference sponsors Blue Square, with the Conference expecting their sponsorship to now end.
While Betfair say they are considering the future of the deal, with the current contract expiring in the summer anyway, Conference chairman Brian Lee has gone on record to say they expect the deal to end in the summer.
The Conference board will meet later this week with the competition's sponsorship at the top of the agenda.
