Gateshead come to Edgar Street tomorrow knowing they are not yet safe from relegation. Depending on how other clubs around them fare they probably need to win at least one of their last three games. Last Tuesday they were defeated 2-0 by Nuneaton Town
"It’s still in our hands," said manger Anth Smith.
"We’ve got to focus on Hereford. Hopefully that becomes the three points that we need and then we can take it easy for the last two games.
"Hereford have done well. I think they've won their last three which has taken them up to sixth place.
"They’re in a decent run of form. But again, if we turn up with the right mindset and apply ourselves in the right way, as we’ve seen, we can be a match for anybody.
"So we’ve got to bear that in mind. The other night as I say, hopefully it’s a blip.
"But we need to be back at it on Saturday and you’ve got to back the lads. There’s still more than enough in our dressing room to beat any team on our day."
