Telford Expect Ex-Bulls Pair To Return

Telford expect to have former Bulls Dan Preston and Ryan Valentine back in their threadbare squad for Saturday's finale.

Former Everton trainee Valentine, who was at Edgar Street for two years until his switch to the Bucks in the summer of 2011, hasn't featured in April due to a groin problem. Preston, who had two loan spells with the Bulls, has missed the last five games due to a back injury.

The defensive absences has seen the Bucks shuffle their pack, with fellow former Bull Steve Leslie forced to fill in at left back in Valentine's absence. One other ex-Bull will not feature, with Kris Taylor having refused to return to the club from his loan spell at Hednesford.

The Bucks are expected to have keeper Ryan Young complete an ever-present season. The 33 year old signed a deal that will keep him at the club for a seventh year earlier in the week, and he has backed current caretaker boss John Psaras, their fourth manager of the season, for a permanent appointment despite the former Walsall youth coach going seven further games without a win before their victory at Ebbsfleet on Saturday.

One new player missing will be defender Christian Smith, who was sent off in the Ebbsfleet game, while the Bucks have six others on the treatment table including midfielder Ian Craney.
