Port Vale chairman Paul Wildes has quit the club six months after taking over. He has sold his 50% stake to co-owner Norman Smurthwaite, with the pair saying they had different plans on the club's future.

Dartford have signed defender Kenny Clark and midfielder Max Cornhill, both from Chelmsford. Clark, 24, started his career in Dagenham's youth team before playing for Thurrock, while Cornhill, 26, played for Romford and East Thurrock. Forest Green have terminated the contract of midfielder Jamie Collins by mutual consent, with the player joining Conf South side Eastleigh. Collins, 28, has struggled with the commute from his Hertfordshire home since joining the Gumpers 18 months ago, making 21 appearances this season.
Luton have signed two more players, taking Jim Stevenson and Danny Fitzsimons from Conf South side Histon. Defender Fitzsimons, 21, had spells at Yeovil and QPR, while Stevenson, also 21, came through the Stutes' youth policy. Histon will be due a fee on the pair, with is reported to be under negotiation.
