Chester have made their first three signings of the summer with the arrivals of midfielders Kevin McIntyre, Jason Jarrett, and Lee Pugh. McIntyre, 35, left the old Chester City in 2004, playing for the likes of Accrington and Macclesfield before a spell at Rochdale. Jarrett, 33, previously played for Wigan and Bury but ended the season at Welsh side Airbus. Pugh, 20, is a former Bury trainee who has been playing with Clitheroe. Striker Marc Williams is the latest to leave the club. The former Kidderminster forward netted 14 times in 37 games this season.

Bournemouth have reported a loss of £3.4million to the year ending May 2012. The club's auditors expressed concerns about the club as a going concern if their Russian backer withdrew. Chelmsford have named former Newport and Aldershot manager Dean Holdsworth as their new boss. He won Conf South with the Exiles in 2010.

Bury have released 16 players and sold captain Stephen Schumacher to Fleetwood for an undisclosed fee. The moves leave the financially stricken side with just seven players. Halifax have lost the services of defender Liam Hogan after the 24 year old opted to join Fleetwood on a two year deal.

Barnet have released ten more players this week, taking the total to thirteen. Amongst those leaving are veteran keeper Michael Kuipers and former Scotland international Craig Beattie. Kidderminster midfielder Jamie Vincent is a target of SPL side Inverness. Despite being only 23, the Harriers would not be entitled to a fee for the out of contract player if he crossed the border.

Macclesfield have lost the services of midfielder Sam Wedgbury after he opted to sign for League One side Stevenage. The 24 year old was voted the Silkmen's Player of the Year. Salisbury have released six players, offered eight more new deals, while four others' futures are still in the balance. Among the six released is club veteran Robbie Matthews.

Southend have been issued another set of winding-up proceedings by the taxman. The move is their sixth in four years, with the other five all being settled ahead of time. Lincoln have signed Stockport midfielder Jon Nolan on contract for next season. The 21 year old has racked up 62 appearances for the Hatters over the last two seasons after leaving Everton's academy.

Coventry have announced plans to build "Highfield Road mk II" on land near the city. The local press say that moves have been made to groundshare at Walsall until the ground is built, with a petition led by the local paper already amassing 10,000 signatures calling for the club to stay at the Ricoh Arena. It is reported that Bridgnorth Town owe the taxman around £50,000, with total debts of £80,000 forcing the club into Administration.

Torquay forward Ryan Jarvis has agreed a deal with York after rejecting a new contract with the Gulls. Lincoln have signed released Burton striker Adi Yussuf on a one year deal. The former Leicester trainee started only three League games in two years with the Brewers, but had a loan spell with Tamworth previously.

Tamworth have signed released Nottm Forest teenager Matthew Regan on a deal for the coming season. The 19 year old had a loan spell at the Lamb this season.
