Pritchard Speaks On New Stands

Bulls director Bob Pritchard has spoken to the official site about plans for two new stands at Edgar Street.

Proposals will see a 1,200 seated stand at the Blackfriars End, coupled with a commercial development, while a 2,000 capacity terrace is destined for the Meadow End, along with a residential complex.

Pritchard told the official site: "The club have received draft schemes for the stand at the Blackfriars End which includes a facility for a 1,200 capacity seating stand, with toilets, refreshment area bar and storage under. The stand will be attached to a commercial 4/5 storey property the full length of Blackfriars Street.

"The plans for the stand at the Meadow End will also include toilets, refreshment area, bar and storage area under with the residential opportunity behind which provides for a 4 storey apartment scheme with associated car parking, accessed from the new development to be undertaken within the Sanctuary Housing planning application."

Pritchard hopes that 'heads of terms' with developers can be agreed soon.
