Last year M And M decided to stop their sponsorship of the stand and although their name remained on the stand the club did not receive any payment.
The deal with Central Roofing is for three seasons.
"We are delighted to welcome Central Roofing as new sponsors of the main stand. We're thrilled that they have made such a financial commitment to the club over an extended period," said chairman David Keyte.
Based in Holmer Road, Hereford, Central Roofing has been in business for fifty years and were responsible for the new roof on the Starlite Rooms at Edgar Street.
Meanwhile it remains uncertain whether Cargill will continue to sponsor the Len Weston Stand.
At the recent shareholders meeting, Keyte said that Cargill were under pressure to reduce their total amount of sponsorship at Edgar Street.
Cargill were said to want to keep their name on the players shirts which was the major cost of their sponsorship.
Should Cargill decide not to sponsor the stand it's thought that Weston Cider might take their place.
