The search for a title sponsor for the Conference continues, with the competition still struggling to find a commercial partner.
The Bulls announced on Thursday that they had been told to print season ticket books with the Conference logo on it rather than that of a title sponsor, suggesting a deal is not even close. Failure to agree a sponsor deal is likely to see the annual £50,000 central payment to clubs cut by a five figure sum.
Meanwhile, news on the Bulls' own sponsorship deal with Cargill is still uncertain. David Keyte told shareholders at the recent meeting that company executives were due to discuss the matter at a senior level in early June.
Cargill have sponsored the Bulls since 1991, putting somewhere in the region of £1million into the club over that time.
