Musa Turns Out For All-Whites

Former Bulls loanee James Musa turned out for a New Zealand 'A' side that lost to Jordan in a friendly match yesterday.

The 20 year old was looking to impress coaches Ricki Herbert and Neil Emblen in a bid to get into the full All-Whites squad for their World Cup play-off matches in November.

Musa, who will return to Fulham for pre-season training, made a 30 minute sub appearance in a match settled by a 'sloppy' third minute goal by the Jordanian side that is challenging Australia to advance to the Asian play-off matches.

Meanwhile, Yeovil have announced the release of former Bulls trainee Gavin Williams. Now 32, Williams left Edgar Street 11 years ago for Huish Park, and had stops at the likes of West Ham, Ipswich, and both Bristol sides before a return to Somerset two years ago.

He started only nine League games this term, scoring three times in 24 total appearances.
