Hereford United are expected to reveal full details of their proposed share issue this coming week. It had been hoped that shareholders would have been sent a letter containing the details and also a date for a meeting for discussions late last week. But BN understands that, as at Thursday, there were a couple of points still to be clarified.
Shareholders will have to agree to the proposals at a meeting before the club can go ahead with the issue.
Meanwhile details of the new debenture scheme were sent to potential interested parties last week.
The scheme, which is to be called the "1939 Executive Club", will 'afford its members the opportunity to watch professional football combined with networking in the Boardroom with other likeminded individuals, colleagues, families and friends enjoying fine hospitality in the Executive Boardroom'.
The launch date for the 'Club' will be on Monday September 9th when former high profile politician Michael Portillo will be the main guest.
