Green Signs On Loan

The Bulls have signed Forest Green utility man Paul Green on a months loan.
The former Lincoln man is in his second season at the New Lawn, having played 25 times last term.

However a pre-season injury has kept him out of the FGR squad so far this campaign and the move to Edgar Street will give him a chance to get plenty of playing time.

26 year old Green, described as both a defender and midfielder, started his career as a youth player at Aston Villa but was released on a free transfer late in 2006.

He then signed for Lincoln City for whom he made 116 appreances in four seasons.

Next was a move to Tamworth in the summer of 2011. He made 40 appearances for the Lambs that season.

In July 2012 he joined Forest Green Rovers. An injury kept him out of the squad for the first two months of the season but afterwards he became a regular.

Green is expected to make his first appearance for the Bulls on Saturday.
