News Round-Up

Ex-Bull Janos Kovacs has signed for Hungarian side Budapest Honved on a three year deal. The 13 times Hungarian champions finished third in the top tier last season, but have already been knocked out of the Europa League. Barnet have issued a statement saying they have not banned the Barnet Times Sports department from the club, and are only in dispute with the News department.

The Conference have extended Farnborough's suspension for two further weeks, telling the Conf South club they must meet certain undisclosed requirements to be allowed into the competition. They are reported to have been 31 minutes late in lodging the £100,000 bond required to compete this season, while the Conference remains unhappy about their sponsorship deal that has seen the players change their names. Welling have cancelled their supporters coach for their trip to Edgar Street at the end of the month due to lack of interest.

Chester boss Neil Young has warned fans 'If people think you’re going to see free-flowing football then they’re in the wrong place because when you’re part-time in the Conference that’s not going to happen.' The Blues are yet to win a point or score a goal so far this season. Former Bulls forward Andy Williams could be on his way back to Yeovil after Swindon acknowledged they had made an enquiry. Williams, 27, left Somerset for the Robins last summer but it would be his first taste of Championship football after five years in League One.

Dartford have signed defender Josh Hill after a trial. The 21 year old spent last season with NPL side Coalville, and signed for Evo-Stik side Worksop before a change in his job saw him relocate to London.
