Halifax will be missing two further players for Tuesday's trip to Edgar Street.
With the Shaymen setting off for the Conference match at 1pm tomorrow, two names won't be on the coach with defender Simon Ainge suspended and top scorer Lee Gregory injured.
Gregory, with 12 goals this season, broke his hand in the last minute of Saturday's loss at Braintree. Boss Neil Aspin told the press: “You couldn’t get much of a worse day. It’s bad enough just to lose the game but to then to lose your top goalscorer makes it really difficult.”
The Shaymen have failed to win on their travels in the Conference, with all nine of their wins coming at The Shay. Their only win on their travels this term was their FA Cup win at Nuneaton, before losing in the First Round at MK Dons.
Today marks the 10th anniversary since the Bulls hammered Halifax 7-1 in the first major goal haul of the bountiful 2003/4 season. Current Bull Rob Purdie was among the scorers, with Steve Guinan netting a hat-trick and the glorious Ben Smith netting twice, setting three goals up, and generally saving the galaxy...
