Dartford lost 2-1 at home to Welling to record their 10th straight league loss, with their last win coming over Hyde. Tamworth are a point closer to safety after a 1-1 draw with Nuneaton, with Chester still in the bottom four after their goalless draw with Southport. Aldershot lost 3-1 at Forest Green to stay a point clear, with Southport a point further ahead. Lincoln stay 18th, a point behind the Bulls, after losing 2-0 at home to rivals Grimsby.
The Mariners are third in the table after their win, seven points behind Luton who won 2-1 at Barnet. Cambridge beat Braintree 1-0 in the lunchtime TV game to keep their single point lead at the top. Alfreton are fourth after a late winner saw off Wrexham 3-2, with Kidderminster fifth. Halifax's promotion hopes have been dented after a 1-1 draw at Gateshead that leaves them four points shy of the play-offs, while Salisbury are just behind them after a 3-1 win at Woking.
