Alan Wright has been sacked as manager of Southport after just six months.
The former Aston Villa defender, 42, was in his first full managerial appointment but won just seven of 24 competitive games, with the club currently on a run of six straight losses.
Southport are 18th in the Conference table, one place and four points below the Bulls. Their next game isn't until December 21st due to FA Cup and Trophy postponements.
