Half Wages Paid As Board Plan HUST/HUISA Meet

The Bulls say the club's players have been paid in full, but other staff have only received 50% of wages.

A statement on the official site (link) says that the club planned to pay the remaining wages out of the takings from the postponed Kidderminster game. It continues:

We hope to have news of the signing of the new ground leases and subsequently the telecommunications contract in the next 7 days but we would also expect to be the subject of a winding-up order, due to non-payment of tax, most likely to be heard in the next 30 days.

The importance of securing the leases and telecommunications contract has increased on the back of this week’s postponed match. Needless to say, there is unlikely to be much activity in the transfer window.

The statement also notes that the club intend to try and meet with both HUISA and HUST in the coming days to seek further views of the fan base, with the club having raised around £20,000 of their £35,000 target.
