Hereford United (1939) Limited will be holding their AGM on Wednesday evening.
With the club due to announce that it has traded at a loss for the year to May 31st 2013, there are bound to be questions asked about the long term future of the club.
The recent admission from chairman David Keyte that the club continues to lose money will also have been noted by shareholders.
Indeed it looks as though the balance sheet could show that shareholders funds are around £500,000 in the red. In other words the company's liabilities could exceed its assets by £500,000. Without the loans from directors and others the club would not be able to trade.
Twelve months ago the club's accountants noted that they were concerned about the financial position at Edgar Street. What they will make of the current position remains to be seen.
The meeting starts at 7.15pm.
