Hereford United non-excutive director Bob Pritchard has told BN that he is unlikely to become a director of the club.
"I am not going to be a director of the club, have not been asked, and unlikely to accept if I was," said Pritchard.
Meanwhile he confirmed that he has been asked to join the board of the Community Trust but it had to be approved by the Charity Commission.
Finally Pritchard is convinced he has the backing of the majority of supporters concerning the ACV.
"If there are so many fans against the realignment of the ACV then they are a small minority of the supporters trust and not the majority of the fans," he said.
