Kidderminster have announced that manager Andy Thorn has left the club with immediate effect.
After being brought in to assure the Harriers a promotion spot, the former Coventry boss has won just two of his eight Conference games in charge, with the side slipping down to 10th in the table.
Assistant Craig Knight has also departed, with the pair lasting less than two months.
Update: Gary Whild, Steve Burr's assistant who remained in the club's coaching setup, has been named as manager until the end of the season.
"Gary knows the club, the players and the supporters," said Chairman Ken Rae.
"His record here, working with Steve, is very strong. I know how hard he has worked to bring players here who've been extremely successful."
