BBC Hereford and Worcester have reported that Tommy Agombar was forced to resign as a Director.
A news article at 4pm names David Keyte as the source, with the club needing to meet FA rules on fit and proper owners.
Update: Trevor Owens reports that the FA have not ruled on Agombar's status so has had to step down to meet Southern League rules.
Keyte is the only remaining director at present - he told Owens he was 'the last man standing'.
