Bulls Don't Have To Pay Football Creditors Until Next Week

Hereford United do not have to pay their football creditors until next week according to BBC H&W's Trevor Owens.

In a short report on the station this morning Owens said that the club must provide 'proof of funds' to the Conference AGM by 10am this morning.

However given the difficulties of moving funds over the weekend, the club have been given a few more days to pay creditors.

One other piece of information have also been clarified. Provided the 'proof of funds' is in place, there will be no points deduction for the Bulls.

Finally this is a copy of the Conference statement released last night.

"Pursuant to Article 5.2 of the Ltd Company Articles of Association, a meeting of its board of directors today met to consider matters of membership ahead of its Annual General Meeting.

"In the case of Hereford United (1939) Ltd, being represented by chairman David Keyte and director Andrew Green, the board unanimously agreed that the club can retain membership of the Ltd Company and their place in the Football Conference Premier Division providing financial payments are secured as directed by the board. Failure to meet the financial conditions imposed, the club's membership would be revoked."
