Bulls News understands that a series of creditors are set to begin legal action against the club to recover overdue bills.
It is known that the club engaged Savills, the international property consultants, to renegotiate the leases and enable development of the two ends. It is understood that the fees for the work remain unpaid.
While Savills declined to comment, it is understood that they have begun movement to recover what is understood to be a significant sum.
