Councillor Jim Kenyon has taken to Twitter this morning to say he has been approached by club PR volunteer Laura Phelps to take part in talks over the club.
Kenyon has rejected the offer until the unpaid staff and players have received their money. He will also be joining today's march to the Council offices to hand over the petition.
