Statement On BN 'Not From Southern League'

The statement, published on BN yesterday, about Hereford United having to pay creditors by start of banking business this morning didn't come from the Southern League according to BBC Hereford and Worcester.

H&W have been in touch with the Southern League and have been told they are 'monitoring the situation' at Edgar Street.

On Saturday, Banbury United posted the following about the Bulls' situation on their official site:

Hereford United FC will play in the Southern League Premier Division next season as long as it fulfils conditions set by the SL. Today's league AGM approved the three divisional constitutions but warned Hereford that all the club's football creditors must be paid and that the dispute over the lease of the Edgar Street stadium must be settled.

Meanwhile the club have found someone to step into Ellen Moore's position. They needed someone suitably qualified so as to satisfy the licencing department at Herefordshire Council.
