The Herefordshire Council notice of the meeting to discuss the leases at Edgar Street names an Insolvency Practitioner that is apparently involved in Hereford United's case.
The document (link, PDF) reports that the Council received an email from Marc Landsman of Carmichael & Co (link) on July 9th. The email is exempt from publication.
Landsman's office is in Hythe, in the same building as recently appointed club Director Peter Gambrill (link).
