The Herefordshire Football Association will hold their quarterly committee meeting on Thursday evening and one of the items on the agenda will be whether to allow the Westfields/Hereford United 'Cup' game to go ahead.
Given the amount of opposition in Herefordshire to the new regime at Edgar Street and also the fact that several Herefordshire based teams have decided not to play friendlies against Hereford United, members of the HFA committee will be well aware that their decision will be received with great interest.
Meanwhile an approach to local referees not to officiate in any matches involving Hereford United is expected to be made by supporters.
