Insolvency Practioner Expected To Be Named This Week

An insolvency practitioner for Hereford United is expected to be named this week always assuming the expected CVA goes ahead.

His appointment should be published in both the London Gazette and a local newspaper, almost certainly the Hereford Times.

Amidst his tasks will be to draw up a list of creditors of the club.

Usually an IP contacts all known creditors and as soon as they confirm their debt, a list is published.

However a couple of weeks ago there was talk from one of those working for majority owner Tommy Agombar that the computers at Edgar Street had been 'wiped'.

'In Tommy's defence he doesn't actually know what is needed financially because the debt is growing and systems were wiped so no one knows what invoices are on any system , being blunt it's a mess,' said Joel Nathan a couple of weeks ago.

If this is correct then the IP should make this known as soon as possible as he would need to ensure creditors are aware of a CVA.
