A team of youngsters put together by United In The Community is set to play a friendly match against a Hereford United squad.
The news brings into question how closely United In The Community are co-operating with new Hereford United owner Tommy Agombar.
United In The Community doesn't have directors but trustees, of which former Hereford United director Nick Nenadich is one.
With a boycott of Hereford United due to be announced by HUST this morning, UITC may be asked to consider cutting some ties with the club.
UITC now have a separate bank account.
UPDATE 9.30am. Nick Nenadich has contacted BN to say there is no game planned between UITC and Hereford United.
