The final of the HFA Senior Invitation Cup takes place at Edgar Street tomorrow between the top two sides in the county.
Westfield will make the couple of hundred yards journey to the home of football in Herefordshire for a game which the Bulls will be favourites to win.
Graham Turner is expected to put out a strong side to face the part-timers. However Westfields will enjoy the challenge and are likely to give the Bulls a decent game.
Andy Morris, who is the chief executive of Westfields, has told the Hereford Times that it will be a real challenge for his club.
"This is the real start of our season and a game we have been looking forward to for a long time.
"It is every local players' dream to meet Hereford United at Edgar Street and our players, managers and staff will be up for the game."
Westfields have a number of ex-Bulls in their squad, but best known is probably Ian Rodgerson who had two spells with Hereford United. "Dodge" is one of the backroom staff at Westfields.
He joined Hereford United in 1985, left in 1988 but rejoined in 1997 until moving on in 2002. During that time he made 257 appearances for the Bulls.
Whilst away from Edgar Street, Rodgerson had spells with Birmingham, Sunderland and Cardiff City (twice).
The final should have been played last spring but because the Bulls were in the Conference play-offs it was decided to delay the game until the beginning of August.
