Last Day of the tour

Below is a report from Kevin Morris on the final leg of the tour of 92 league clubs in aid of St Michael's Hospice:

The last journey home

Quick call to Edgeley Park home to Stockport County and Sales Sharks
presented with some golf balls pitchside, next Reebok Stadium and a signed
ball pitchside.



Over to the JJB Stadium home of Wigan Athletic signed shirt
pitchside, Henri Camara has at the JJB having his medical before signing
contract, short drive to Merseyside with Anfield first picture at the
Hillsborough memorial, then to the other side of Stanley Park to Goodison
Park home to Everton, brief tour of stadium and photo from directors box and
signed team photo, under the Mersey to Prenton Park, Tranmere Rovers picture
pitchside, Deva Stadium next home of Chester City, down to Wrexham presented
with a signed match ball on the pitch 1hour before kick-off against Boston
Utd then a final dash to Shrewsbury with a picture in the tunnel at 2:55
just before Shrewsbury kicked off their season against Rochdale.

Arrived back to Edgar Street for 4:10pm with a quick interview with BBC
Hereford & Worcester.

Finally back home 2873 miles covered in 6 days, something I didn't think we
could achieve.
