Conference News Round-Up

Halifax striker Darren Mansaram, fresh from a spell at York, has joined Tamworth for a month's loan. Tamworth have released Simon Hollis, who has returned to Redditch, and have let Nathan Jackson join Stourport on a month's loan.

Southport's top scorer, striker Neil Robinson, will miss a month with ankle ligament damage. The four goal striker was stretched off during last weeks match with Woking and scans have confirmed the damage.

Accrington's ex-Bulls defender Andy Tretton, yet to make an appearance for the Lancashire club, is likely to go under the knife next week. The 28 year old spent three injury hit seasons at Edgar Street, and the knee injury picked up in pre-season means that Tretton is unlikely to play any part in Accrington's campaign until November. Midfielder Andrew Proctor is also likely to have an operation on his injury.
