Daish: "No More Than We Deserved"

Speaking to the Gravesend Messenger, Liam Daish felt his side had not robbed the Bulls of all three points - "It was a good point for us. We went in goalless at half-time but came back well after we went a goal down. We had a real go at them and it was no more than we deserved at the end. We went 4-3-3 in the last 10 minutes to play with three strikers against their five at the back. Jay Saunders should have scored and we had them under a lot of pressure. Even when we went a goal down we kept going and played some good football."

Speaking to BBC Hereford & Worcester's Keith Hall, Dean Beckwith acknowledged that Gravesend had had a lot of attacking play "They put us under a bit of pressure, I think they had 15 corners which was too many. We didn't play our best but we got 1-0 up and sat back a bit too much and withstood some pressure but they got the break at the end. When we did pass the ball it was good, but it didn't quite click tonight. Their Centre Backs are big and won a fair share of headers, and we had two small forwards and probably played too many long balls to them. We need to win our home games and the lads are disappointed. We've got to go to Halifax and win. It will be hard but we need the three points."
